Due to the high value and sensitive nature of jewellery items, all shipments are handled under strict security, verification, and insurance procedures.
1. SHIPPING COVERAGE
Shipping services are currently available within India only.
International shipping is not offered at this time.
Delivery locations are subject to serviceability by our authorised logistics partners.
2. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed only after full payment confirmation.
Identity verification may be required for high-value orders.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Order processing timelines may vary depending on product availability, customisation requirements, and verification procedures.
3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINE
Indicative delivery timelines are as follows:
Ready-to-Ship Jewellery: 5 to 10 business days
Custom-Made or Made-to-Order Jewellery: 15 to 30 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to:

• Weather conditions
• Unforeseen or force majeure circumstances
4. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Any promotional free shipping offers are subject to specific terms and conditions.
Additional charges arising due to re-delivery requests or incorrect address details shall be borne by the customer.
5. PACKAGING AND INSURANCE
All jewellery shipments are securely packaged to prevent loss or damage.
Shipments are fully insured until delivery confirmation.
Tamper-proof packaging is used for all orders.
Customers are advised not to accept delivery if the package appears tampered with or damaged.
6. DELIVERY PROTOCOL
Delivery is made only to the registered shipping address provided at the time of order.
Government-issued photo identification may be required at the time of delivery.
Signature confirmation is mandatory for all deliveries.
Orders will not be delivered to P.O. box addresses.
7. FAILED OR DELAYED DELIVERY
In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal:
• Re-delivery may be attempted at the Company’s discretion
• Additional charges may apply
Mahalaxmi Jewellers is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Courier or logistics partners
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Force majeure events
8. LOSS OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit:
• The customer must notify the Company within 24 hours of delivery or expected delivery
• An investigation will be initiated with the logistics partner
• Resolution may include replacement or store credit at the Company’s discretion
No cash refunds shall be issued.
9. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and correct shipping information.
Orders with incorrect or incomplete address details may be delayed, returned, or cancelled.
The Company is not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect customer information.
10. IN-STORE PICKUP (IF APPLICABLE)
In-store pickup may be offered for selected orders.
Customers must present:

• Valid government-issued photo identification
Pickup timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
11. NO LIABILITY POST-DELIVERY
Once delivery is confirmed, Mahalaxmi Jewellers shall not be responsible for:
• Theft
• Loss
• Damage occurring after receipt
Customers are advised to store jewellery securely after delivery.
